bet365 Live Streaming — Our Review

Written by Michael Knight · Last updated [23/07/2026]

About this review. This is our own account of using bet365’s Live Streaming service. Everything below reflects our personal experience and opinions, not an objective assessment. It is paid advertising, we earn a commission if you open an account through our links. Your own experience may differ, and you should check bet365’s own site for current terms before deciding anything.

What the service is

bet365 makes live video streaming available to its account holders across a range of sports. It is not a standalone subscription — access is tied to holding an eligible betting account.

In our experience the stream is watchable on desktop, tablet and mobile, and the in-page layout means you can follow an event without navigating away. Picture quality and reliability varied for us depending on connection and event; we would not describe it as a substitute for a broadcast feed.

Access requirements

These are set by bet365, not by us, and they can change. Check bet365’s own terms before relying on them.

  • You must be logged in to a bet365 account.
  • For most sports: a funded account, or a bet placed within the last 24 hours.
  • For horse racing: a qualifying bet on the day of the race, on the race you want to watch. Minimum stakes apply and are set by bet365.
  • Events scheduled for streaming are marked with a Play or Video icon on the bet365 site.

Territorial restrictions

Streaming rights are held at country level. bet365 uses your IP address to determine which events are available to you, and a competition available in one country may not be available in another.

This is the single biggest limitation we ran into. If a specific event is the reason you are considering an account, check availability with bet365 for your territory before opening or funding one.

What is covered

Coverage is set by bet365 and changes regularly. During our use we found streams across football, tennis, basketball, cricket, snooker, ice hockey and horse racing, with breadth varying considerably by sport and by day.

Our view: the range is wide, but “wide” is not the same as “complete”. We would not assume any particular fixture will be streamed — check the schedule rather than plan around it.

On mobile

Streaming is available through the mobile site and the bet365 app on iOS and Android. We found a stable connection matters more than device — on a weak mobile signal the stream degraded noticeably.

Promotions

bet365 runs promotions that change regularly and vary by territory. Rather than list offers that may already have expired, we suggest checking the promotions page on bet365’s own site and reading the significant terms in full before opting in.

Any odds or offer details referenced on this site are correct at the time of publishing and are subject to change. 18+. T&Cs apply.

Customer support

bet365 offers live chat, email and telephone support. Current contact details are on the bet365 website; we have not reproduced them here because they change.

Our verdict

If you already hold a bet365 account and the events you want are available in your territory, the streaming is a useful addition to the service. If you do not, opening a gambling account purely in order to watch sport is a poor reason to do so — you would be taking on real financial risk for something that is incidental to the product.

Betting is not a way to make money and you should expect to lose what you stake. Treat any streaming access as a side benefit of an account you were going to open anyway, not a reason to open one.

Gamble responsibly

Betting should be entertainment, not a way to make money or solve financial problems. You should expect to lose the money you stake.

  • Only stake what you can afford to lose
  • Set a deposit limit and a time limit before you start
  • Never chase losses
  • Take regular breaks
